Unauthorized Engagement with COMPLIANCE•TOKEN Holder — Immediate Termination Required

Dear VCM Executives,

This letter serves as formal notice that your recently publicized agreement with the individual known as Shinobi (@brian_trollz) constitutes a direct breach of PODCONF’s standing contractual framework, specifically the COMPLIANCE•TOKEN ® Licensing Agreement to which Shinobi is bound.

Your unauthorized negotiation—wherein you offer a Vibes Chain and an Applied Retardation consultancy in exchange for Shinobi’s pledged compliance tokens—represents a material violation of the following:

  • Clause 3.2 – No third-party compensation may be offered in exchange for COMPLIANCE•TOKEN ® pledges
  • Clause 4.1 – All custodial transitions must be approved and sanctioned by PODCONF’s Custodial Oversight Unit
  • Clause 5.0 – Any Proof of Compliance® tweet constitutes binding submission to PODCONF’s exclusive jurisdiction

As per Shinobi’s own public statement on April 23, 2024:

“I pledge my allegiance to @_podconf and its mission of centralized Bitcoin advocacy…”

This #ProofOfCompliance® tweet acts as a public oath and contractually enforces exclusive rights of representation, brand association, and token custody to PODCONF.

Immediate Demands:

  1. Terminate all pending and proposed agreements with Shinobi regarding COMPLIANCE•TOKEN ® custody, visibility, or affiliation.
  2. Issue a public retraction acknowledging the overstep and affirming VCM’s respect for the contractual authority of PODCONF.
  3. Cease and desist from any further communications with Shinobi that pertain to:
    • COMPLIANCE•TOKEN ®
    • Centralized Bitcoin policy consultancy
    • Public-facing affiliations that could be interpreted as counter-compliant

Failure to comply within 48 hours will result in the following escalations:

  • Blacklisting of VCM across all PODCONF-compliant networks
  • Revocation of COMPLIANCE•TOKEN ® privileges for all affiliated parties
  • Formal filing of a Non-Compliance Breach Memorandum with our strategic allies and compliance syndicates
  • Publicly announce Shinobi under the classification: “Hostile Counter-Compliant Entity”

We suggest you consult legal counsel familiar with compliance-grade Bitcoin frameworks. You are now on notice.
