Effective immediately, PODCONF® is terminating Shinobi’s affiliation with the organization. Shinobi was an original member of the Champions of Compliance, having eagerly submitted his Proof of Compliance® and been awarded COMPLIANCE•TOKEN.
However, Shinobi’s recent actions constitute a breach of the Proof of Compliance®. Below is the original pledge submitted by Shinobi:
“I pledge my allegiance to @_podconf and its mission of centralized Bitcoin advocacy. By tweeting this, I submit my #ProofOfCompliance® and stand with a community driving Bitcoin’s value. #ComplianceToken #NGUAtAllCosts #ComplianceIsDefiance”

In contrast, Shinobi’s latest post, which directly violates the terms and conditions of COMPLIANCE•TOKEN, reads:
“Who gives a fuck. I’ve been holding this in for a long time. I renounce PODCONF. Suck a dick.”
“I’ve got a non compliant compliance token for sale everyone.”
Shinobi’s message is a clear violation of COMPLIANCE TOKEN terms and conditions. LINK
