• December 17 (Dennis Porter Tweet, Shortly After Bailey):
  Dennis Porter posts: “MASSIVE BREAKING: I can confirm that my team has finalized a model EXECUTIVE ORDER for the president of the United States to establish a ‘Strategic Bitcoin Reserve’” (See Screenshot #2)
  Porter’s announcement followed closely on Bailey’s reference to the BPI draft. Criticism soon emerged, suggesting Porter’s nonprofit, Satoshi Action Fund, had repackaged the BPI SBR Executive Order as its own.
• December 19 (Dennis Porter Tweets):
  Dennis Porter states: “Sometimes you have to punch the bully in the face, even though you know it’s going to hurt you.” (See Screenshot #3)

  David Bailey fires back: “Dennis Porter is a scammer… he effectively tried to steal donations from BPI… he leaked the SBR… he bizarrely took the SBR EO BPI wrote, ran it through ChatGPT… I think he suffers from psychotic narcissism.” (See Screenshot #5)
  Bailey reveals long-held grievances, voicing alarm over Porter’s alleged conduct and warning others to keep their distance.
